Communication in Project Management
A critical factor in the success of a project is communication. In project management it is important to stay in contact with the parties involved. This concerns the regular communication with the steering committee, the customers and the project team. There are a variety of options available: regular meetings for coordination, the creation and distribution of project reports, as well as project-related communication via email. Here, KLUSA can be a valuable support with the collaboration function "Notes". The team members of the project can send short or longer ad-hoc messages to other members of the team or interested parties. The communication is stored in KLUSA, where it can be read by everyone involved. It is thus possible to supplement the communication in and about the project with a valuable building block. The notes arrive as e-mails in the mailbox and a click leads from there directly to the project in KLUSA. The distribution of information can additionally be restricted to internal colleagues and team members, so that even more sensitive points can be discussed directly via the annotation function.
