Human Resource Planning
Human resources planning is an integral part of project management. In the project management tool KLUSA, project resource capacities can be managed ideally via the module "Resources".
The distribution is done in different resource pools. Each resource pool manager has the ability to process resource requests from various projects and perform different operations on them. These operations include, for example:
- the allocation and approval of pool resources for resource requests
- the distribution of efforts of a resource request to multiple employees
- the chronological division of resource requests
In addition, the manager of a resource pool manages the admission and discharge of members from their pool. They can move employees to other pools or add new employees to their pool through an approval process. In addition, they can manage the skills and capacity settings of their employees.
The personnel cost planning is an important part. In this regard, KLUSA offers the option of assigning a cost center with planned and actual cost rates directly at the resource pool or setting up cost rates individually for each employee. KLUSA then calculates the actual costs from the accounted actual hours of the employees based on the cost rates set and grants the project manager a detailed overview of plan, forecast and actual data.
