Program Project Management
A program is usually a large project with several subprojects sharing a common strategic goal. In contrast to single project management, the program project management implements complex projects.
In KLUSA, for example, a program can be implemented by creating as many subprojects as you like and with any depth of hierarchy. Also, they can be easily created and changed in the course of the program execution, and thus enable the program manager to react to all changes in an agile way. The relationships between the individual subprojects, milestones, and work packages are clearly represented by a GANTT chart.
