Project Schedule
The defined tasks of a project are brought into a logical order in the schedule. With the help of the schedule, the tasks which can be parallelized and do not necessarily have to be processed consecutively can be identified. In project management, those tasks are presented as work packages.
The project manager creates the work packages and their relationships in the schedule of KLUSA. Both are visualized in the GANTT chart. This easily understandable presentation enables the user to quickly identify dependencies, contradictions and delays in the project flow and to take appropriate measures. Successful project management and a meaningful schedule go hand in hand.
