Risk Management in Projects
Proactive risk management in projects is the key to success. The focus is on the systematic recording of risks, an analysis of their impact on the project, and the definition of measures for risk prevention and mitigation. The project management software KLUSA supports these processes and prepares the information for the management. Risks can be captured either as standard project risks or according to the FMEA methodology. In addition to risks, measures for individual risks can be entered and evaluated. A graphic representation of the risks is done by a risk matrix and a bubble diagram for the visualization of the different risk values. The risk trend analysis shows the development of the risks over time.
There is a cross-project risk overview for the management. Of course, specific filtering for specific risks is possible.
