Schedule Project Management
The schedule has a central position in project management: It brings the identified tasks of a project into a logical order. The presentation of the schedule allows identification of the tasks that can be worked on in parallel and do not have to be serialized. Tasks in project management are shown as work packages.
The work packages and their relationships are created by the project manager in the schedule of KLUSA. They are visualized in a GANTT chart. Using this easily understandable display, the user is able to easily and quickly recognize dependencies, contradictions, and delays in the running of the project, and take appropriate measures. A meaningful schedule and successful project management are tied closely together.
