Work Breakdown Structure Software
The work breakdown structure (WBS) describes the subdivision of a project plan into subprojects and work packages. The result is a binding definition of the tasks in the project which is necessary for efficient project work.
If projects are managed with a project management tool, it makes sense to integrate the work breakdown structure software into the project management software, as is the case in the project management tool KLUSA.
KLUSA supports the hierarchical structuring, displays the results as a Gantt chart, and makes it possible to show various dependencies between subprojects and work packages, but also to other projects. Information beyond the project structure plan can also be recorded in the KLUSA schedule.
